Fall, Halloween safety tips from OHSU Doernbecher and the Oregon Poison Center

As colorful leaves fall from the trees and the air turns cool and crisp, it is important to remember that the fall season can pose some safety risks. The Oregon Poison Center at Oregon Health & Science University and the Doernbecher Tom Sargent Children’s Safety Center have compiled the following tips to help keep you and your loved ones safe:

Have a safe Halloween

Prevent carbon monoxide poisoning in cold weather

Keep antifreeze and windshield washing fluid away from children and pets
